I’m so happy you shared about the foie gras hot chocolate. Not that I want any. I heard that California just outlawed the production and consumption of foie gras in the state. Yet, we were just served foie gras as an appetizer at our friends’ place the other day. Is it something that should be banned or should make a come back?
